A man suspected of involvement in the murder of exchange student Meredith Kercher is due to appear in court in Germany. Rudy Hermann Guede was arrested for travelling without a ticket on a train near Wiesbaden. Italian detectives had launched a manhunt for Guede, who has dual Italian and Ivory Coast nationality, after finding a bloody fingerprint in the apartment in Perugia where 21 year old Miss Kercher was murdered earlier this month. The print matched none of the three suspects police had in custody, and it was reported they used an internet sting to try to lure Guede back to Italy. A spokesman for German prosecutors in Koblenz, who have taken over Guede's case, said a judge would rule whether or not he can be kept in custody on the Italian warrant.
